Los gobernadores deberán enviar al Departamento Nacional de Planeación, a más tardar dentro del mes siguiente a la fecha de expedición de este Decreto, un diagnóstico del estado de la estratificación en cada uno de los municipios y distritos de su jurisdicción, diligenciando de conformidad con el instructivo que para este fin les suministre dicha entidad.
