para no perjudicar a los ciudadanos que al entrar en vigencia la presente Ley no hayan definido su situación militar, y facilitarles el cumplimiento de las obligaciones consignadas en los artículos 6° y 7°, apta las entidades judiciales, administrativas y funcionarios públicos en ejercicio, para aceptar el comprobante provisional que con validez de 180 días expidan las autoridades del servicio territorial, en el cual conste que el individuo está definiendo su situación militar.
