Estructura orgánica . Para el cumplimiento de las funciones asignadas y en virtud de la autorización contenida en el artículo 105 de la Ley 142 de 1994, la Superintendencia tendrá la siguiente estructura orgánica: 11.1 Despacho del Superintendente de Servicios Públicos Domiciliarios

a)

Oficina de Planeación y Desarrollo;

b)

Oficina Jurídica;

c)

Oficina de Control Interno;

d)

Oficina de Divulgación y Comunicaciones;

e)

Oficina de Informática. 11.2 Despacho del Superintendente Delegado para acueducto, alcantarillado y aseo. 11.3 Despacho del Superintendente Delegado para energía y gas combustible. 11.4 Despacho del Superintendente Delegado para telecomunicaciones. 11.5 Intendencia de Entidades Intervenidas y en Liquidación. 11.6 Intendencia de Control Social. 11.7 Secretaría General: a) Dirección Administrativa; b) Dirección Financiera. 11.8 Intendencias Delegadas Departamentales. 11.9 Organos de Asesoría y Coordinación. a) Consejo Consultivo; b) Comité de Dirección; c) Comisión de Personal.
