Supresión de Empleos. Dentro del término para llevar a cabo el proceso de liquidación del Fondo Nacional de Bienestar Social a que se refiere el artículo 1o. de este decreto, el Director suprimirá los empleos o cargos vacantes y los desempeñados por empleados públicos y trabajadores oficiales cuando ellos no fueren necesarios en la respectiva planta de personal como consecuencia de dicha decisión.
