El auxilio de cesantía de los trabajadores de la construcción, se liquidará tomando en cuenta todo el tiempo de servicio prestado a la obra o empresa, aun tratándose de retiro voluntario.
En caso de muerte del trabajador durante el servicio, cuando no haya lugar al seguro colectivo de vida, sus herederos tendrán derecho a recibir el auxilio de cesantía que le hubiere correspondido.
