Parágrafo 1

. Los actos y operaciones de que trata la Ley 281 de 1996 , se entenderán ampliados por igual plazo.

Parágrafo 2

. Facúltase a la Unidad Administrativa Especial Liquidadora de Asuntos del Instituto de Crédito Territorial, para administrar íntegramente y en forma autónoma, todos los asuntos que guarden relación con la cartera hipotecaria de vivienda a fin de que pueda cumplir con rapidez y eficacia su función liquidadora.
