Asentamientos en zonas de riesgo no mitigable . Las personas asentadas en zonas de alto riesgo de las que se indica en el

Parágrafo 1

del artículo 11 de la Ley 1183 de 2008, deberán, a fin de ser incluidos en los programas de reubicación que adelanten las autoridades locales, presentar los documentos que acrediten que se encontraban ocupando el predio antes de la entrada en vigencia de la referida ley.
