Cuando el depositante decida disminuir su saldo o cancelar la "Cuenta de Ahorro Especial", la respectiva Corporación para efectos de liquidar los intereses y el saldo, considerará esta cuenta como si se tratara de una cuenta da ahorro de valor constante, según los términos de la respectiva reglamentación expedida por la Superintendencia Bancaria.
