El Comité Seccional de Técnicos Constructores del domicilio del peticionario recibirá la solicitud con los documentos necesarios para la matrícula, hará el correspondiente estudio y, con sus observaciones, devolverá dichos documentos por insuficientes al peticionario, o con su concepto, pasará el expediente a la seccional del Consejo Nacional Profesional de Ingeniería, Arquitectura para lo de cargo de éste sobre matricula y certificado. Para el Departamento de Cundinamarca árala tramitación el Comité Nacional de Técnicos Constructores, en la forma dispuesta por el inciso anterior.
