Art. 3.° A los empleados a quienes se hayan hecho efectivas las multas i que se encuentren en el caso del artículo anterior, se les reintegrará lo que hayan pagado; i al efecto se tendrán como incluidas en el Presupuesto en curso las partidas que sean necesarias.
