Las diligencias de ventas se harán por la Administración General de las Rentas Reorganizadas ó la Oficina que la constituya, debiendo previamente avaluarse los objetos que hayan de ser vendidos y someterse después á la aprobación del Ministerio de Hacienda y Tesoro, requisitos sin los cuales no surte efecto la venta.
