El artículo 4° quedará así:

"Artículo 4° La Junta dictará su propio reglamento y el de la Lotería, los cuales someterá a la aprobación del Gobierno Nacional. De cada una de las actas de las sesiones y resoluciones adoptadas por la Junta se enviará copia al Ministerio de Salud Pública, para los fines legales".
