ARTICULO 1.1.0.6.- SANCIONES.- De acuerdo con el artículo 7o. de la Ley 35 de 1993, el Gobierno Nacional, en ejercicio de la función de intervención, podrá señalar las sanciones correspondientes a la infracción de las disposiciones que dicte en ejercicio de su función de regulación de la actividad del mercado de valores. En desarrollo de esta facultad sólo podrán establecerse sanciones pecuniarias, sin perjuicio de adopción de las demás medidas administrativas que resulten procedentes de acuerdo con la ley.
