º. Ninguna persona podrá gestionar en nombre propio o ajeno ante el Ministerio o ante la entidad oficial o semioficial donde haya servido como funcionario o empleado, dentro del año siguiente a la fecha en que hizo dejación del cargo, salvo en lo relativo a prestaciones provenientes del mismo cargo desempeñado. El que infringiere este precepto quedara inhabilitado durante dos años para desempeñar empleos públicos o cargos en instituciones semioficiales.
