El término de caducidad de la acción no correrá hasta por 60 días, de acuerdo con lo previsto en el artículo 80 inciso 2° de la Ley 446 de 1998, los cuales se contarán a partir del recibo de la solicitud en el despacho del Ministerio Público o Centro de Conciliación autorizado.
