Decreto 936 de 1902 · Por el cual se suprime temporalmente la Administración de la Aduana de Cúcuta y el Resguardo de su dependencia

Art. 2.° Encárgase al primer Contador Interventor de dicha Aduana para que, bajo inventario, extendido por duplicado, reciba y custodie, asumiendo la responsabilidad del caso, todos los útiles y objetos que pertenecen á las Oficinas que se suprimen temporalmente.

Parágrafo

El contador Interventor, encargo de la custodia de los útiles, etc., remitirá al Ministerio de Hacienda uno de los inventarios que se firmen, y dicho empleado continuará disfrutando del mismo sueldo que le señala el Decreto legislativo número 420 del presente año. (Diario Oficial número 11,642, 15 de Marzo). Comuníquese y publíquese.
