Art. 1.° Los Guarda-parques nacionales son responsables del Erario por cuanto manejan valores pertenecientes á la Nacion; en consecuencia, rendirán sus cuentas á la Oficina general del Ramo de acuerdo con las prescripciones del presente decreto.
