º. Los Fondos Ganaderos deberán adecuar sus estatutos a la Ley 132 de 1994 y al presente Decreto, y conformar sus órganos de dirección en un plazo que en ningún caso podrá exceder del fijado para la primera reunión Ordinaria General de Accionistas del año 1996.
