º . Presupuesto de la Unidad Administrativa Especial de Agua Potable y Saneamiento Básico . La Unidad Administrativa Especial de Agua Potable y Saneamiento Básico presentará su presupuesto de conformidad con las disposiciones pertinentes, para lo cual el Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público tomará las medidas correspondientes. Para efectos de la ejecución del presupuesto asignado a la Unidad Administrativa Especial, el Director de la misma podrá ordenar gastos en la cuantía que con este fin establezca el reglamento.
