Incapacidad adquirida por violación de reglamentos. Los Oficiales y Suboficiales de la Policía Nacional que adquieran incapacidades al realizar actos que impliquen violación de la ley, reglamentos u órdenes, no tendrán derecho al ascenso al grado inmediatamente superior ni al pago de indemnización alguna, a menos que al respectivo expediente de prestaciones sociales se allegue el informativo que los declare exentos de responsabilidad.
