Cada una de las partidas asignadas en el artículo anterior deberán invertirse de acuerdo con el inciso 2º. del literal b) del artículo 3º. de la Ley 25 de 1977 , en labores de extensión cultural, seminarios, conferencias, actividades y programas educativos y culturales, por correspondencia, por radio y por televisión; en producción de los materiales necesarios para dichos programas; en impresión y distribución de libros y revistas.
