Abrese un crédito suplemental al Presupuesto de gastos de 1910, por la suma de quinientos sesenta pesos ($ 560), con la imputación al Departamento de Política Interior, capitulo ii, Policía Nacional, articulo 16, parágrafo 13 bis para cubrir el sueldo del empleado que se crea por la presente ley.

Esta Ley empezará a regir desde su sanción.
