Del cobro del servicio de seguimiento ambiental. La tarifa para el cobro del servicio de seguimiento de las licencias ambientales y de los planes de manejo ambiental, se fijará de conformidad con el sistema y método de cálculo señalado en la normativa vigente para el caso, y los dineros recaudados por este concepto solamente se podrán destinar para el cumplimiento cabal de dicha función.
