° Los Delegados de que trata el artículo 3° del presente Decreto tendrán derecho a cinco (5) días de viáticos, a razón de cinco mil pesos ($ 5.000.00) diarios moneda corriente, y a los pasajes aéreos y gastos de transporte terrestre que ocasione su desplazamiento, los cuales serán cancelados con cargo al presupuesto de la Presidencia de la República.
