Artículo noveno. El Cargo de Consejero Comisarial es ad honórem. Sin embargo, los miembros que asistan a las sesiones tendrán derecho a la suma de cincuenta peso ($50.00) diarios por concepto de viáticos y gastos de representación. Además, los miembros que residan fuera de la capital de la Comisaria gozarán del derecho a los gastos de transporte de ida y regreso cuando deban concurrir a las sesiones ordinarias o extraordinarias.
