Las exportaciones que se efectúen desde los municipios beneficiados por el tratamiento especial contemplado en el Decreto 1457 de 1991, podrán continuar recibiendo CERT siempre y cuando se efectúen dentro del régimen ordinario vigente de exportaciones. Para el debido control de esta disposición, la Dirección General de Aduanas adoptará las regulaciones necesarias.
