Suspensión temporal del proceso de la liquidación por adjudicación. Con ocasión a la suspensión temporal del proceso de liquidación por adjudicación ordenada en el Decreto Legislativo 560 del 15 de abril de 2020, en todos los casos en que resultaría aplicable dicha figura procederá la liquidación judicial y la designación de liquidador se hará en providencia separada. Los procesos de liquidación por adjudicación iniciados con anterioridad a la vigencia del Decreto Legislativo 560 del·15 de abril de 2020 continuarán su trámite.
