Plan Bianual . Colombia Telecomunicaciones S. A. E.S.P. continuará ejecutando el Plan Bianual que, en desarrollo del artículo 15 del Decreto 2542 de 1997, está ejecutando la Empresa Nacional de Telecomunicaciones - Telecom, en la fecha de expedición del presente Decreto. Los recursos que el numeral 2 del mismo artículo 15 del Decreto 2542 de 1997 destina a la Empresa Nacional de Telecomunicaciones - Telecom, serán destinados a Colombia Telecomunicaciones S. A. E.S.P..
