Toda autorización que otorgue el Ministerio de Comunicaciones a los concesionarios del servicio de radiodifusión sonora en Frecuencia Modulada, Implicará un pago, a favor del Fondo de Comunicaciones, por una suma equivalente a un (1) salario mínimo legal mensual, pagadero dentro de los cinco (5) días siguientes a la fecha de perfeccionamiento del contrato.
