Artículo vegasimoquinto. Las adquisiciones de elementos tanto de consumo como devolutivos que realice al Almacén General Intendencial, se efectuará confome a las disposiciones establecidas por la Contraloría General de la República y demás normas vigentes.

Parágrafo

Toda cuenta de cobro por valor superior a cinco mil pesos ($ 5.000) moneda corriente, se acompañara del respectivo contrato escrito en papel sellado y debidamente estampillado, siempre con sujeción a las disposiciones legales pertinentes.
