Las ventas deberán llevarse a cabo por riguroso turno de solicitudes, procurando establecer prorratas para atender al mayor número de postores y a las diversas secciones del país. La venta de reproductores se hará por la Sección de Provisión Agrícola, o por la autoridad a que ésta delegue tal atribución, en las ciudades de Bogotá, Barranquilla y Cartagena, alternadamente, y dicha Sección, por conducto de las agencias del Banco Agrícola Hipotecario y de las granjas departamentales de demostración, atenderá a la provisión de tales elementos en las distintas secciones del país.
