Artículo único. Abrese al Presupuesto de Gastos de la anterior vigencia económica, el siguiente crédito: Departamento de Telégrafos y Teléfonos. Capítulo 4.° (Teléfonos). Para pagar las suscripciones que se adeudan por cuenta del Tesoro nacional por el servicio del Teléfono en diversas Oficinas públicas, durante los meses de Julio y Agosto del corriente año, á $ 96 mensuales $ 192 Publíquese.
