Corríjase el inciso 3° del artículo 455 de la Ley 1564 de 2012, el cual quedará así: "Artículo 455. Saneamiento de nulidades y aprobación del remate. (…) Cumplidos los deberes previstos en el inciso 1° del artículo 453, el juez aprobará el remate dentro de los cinco (5) días siguientes, mediante auto en el que dispondrá: (…)".
