Para emitir el concepto de que tratan los ordinales c) y d) del Artículo 2º de la Ley, la Asociación Colombiana de Facultades de Medicina tendrá especialmente en cuenta la calidad científica de la Facultad o escuela otorgante del título, así como el plan de estudios y la intensidad horaria vigentes en la fecha de expedición del título.
