Corresponde a la Sección de Personal y Reclutamiento, proyectar y coordinar las actividades relacionadas con el reclutamiento, selección e incorporación del personal de alumnos y llevar el registro y control del personal de alumnos y empleados de la Escuela. Igualmente, deberá colaborar con la Sección Académica en los estudios sobre las necesidades de capacitación, adiestramiento y perfeccionamiento de los funcionarios del Ramo de Prisiones.
