amends decreto 1344/70

El artículo 213 del Decreto-ley 1344 de 1970, quedará así:

Artículo 213. El conductor que impida con su vehículo el paso de otro que se lo solicite en sitio permitido, u obstaculice la vía en intersección, incurrirá en multa equivalente a cinco (5) salarios mínimos por cada ocasión.
