° Dicho concurso quedará cerrado el 31 de mayo próximo, y en él podrán tomar parte los alumnos que hagan su último año en dicha Facultad y los que habiendo cursado en ella, hayan obtenido el título de doctor, en los tres años anteriores a la fecha de este Decreto. Comuníquese por telégrafo al señor Gobernador del Departamento de Nariño, para su inmediata publicación.
