Integración al servicio educativo. La educación de las personas con limitaciones ya sea de orden físico, sensorial, psíquico, cognoscitivo o emocional y para las personas con capacidades o talentos excepcionales, hace parte del servicio público educativo y se atenderá de acuerdo con la Ley 115 de 1994, las normas que la reglamenten, las reglas establecidas en el presente Capítulo y las disposiciones que para el efecto dicten las entidades territoriales.
