La tarifa del impuesto sobre las ventas de vehículos automóviles incluidas las motocicletas, fabricados o ensamblados en el país, con motor hasta de 1.300 c.c., cuyo peso vehicular (G.V.W.), sea hasta de 3.000 libras americanas, para el transporte de personas, distintos de los taxis, será del veinticinco por ciento (25%).
