Autorizase al Gobierno para la celebración de un contrato con el Banco de la República por medio del cual se prorrogue el término de duración del Banco y el ejercicio en su favor del derecho exclusivo de emisión de billetes, por veinte años más a partir del 20 de julio de 1953, sobre las bases contenidas en el presente Decreto.
