La Comisión Patronal de Bolsas Escolares tendrá las siguientes funciones: a). Supervigilar el personal escolar del Municipio o zona correspondiente, a fin de anotar los alumnos sobresalientes por sus capacidades y conducta, para que sean preferidos en la adjudicación de becas; y b) Obtener para los niños que vayan terminando su enseñanza primaria empleo o colocación, de acuerdo con su vocación y aptitudes.
