Aplicación de las medidas sanitarias de seguridad. Establecida la necesidad de aplicar una medida sanitaria de seguridad, la autoridad competente, teniendo en cuenta la naturaleza del artículo, producto, o el hecho que origina la violación de las disposiciones del presente decreto y demás normas sanitarias y de la incidencia sobre la salud individual o colectiva, impondrá la medida correspondiente.

Decreto 77 de 1997 · por el cual se deroga totalmente el Decreto 1917 del 5 de agosto de 1994 y se reglamenta el título VII de la Ley 9ª de 1979, en cuanto a los requisitos y condiciones técnico-sanitarias para el funcionamiento de los laboratorios clínicos y se dictan otras disposiciones sobre la materia.
