Invitados. Podrán ser invitados a las reuniones de la Comisión intersectorial de Salud Pública, con derecho a voz, pero sin voto, los representantes de otras entidades públicas o privadas, representantes de organismos, gremios y agremiaciones del sector privado nacional e internacional, los representantes de los pueblos, comunidades y grupos étnicos, asesores, expertos y demás personas naturales o jurídicas, según se estime conveniente, de acuerdo con los temas a tratar, quienes, a solicitud de la instancia deberán elaborar y presentar los informes y conceptos que se requieran.
