Artículo sexto. La documentación completa para obtener los permisos de que trata el presente decreto deberá ser presentado ante el Ministerio de Salud Pública.

Parágrafo

El Director de Vigilancia y control podrá dictar para mejor proveer con el fin de establecer la verdad de los hechos en que se apoya el solicitante.
