Artículo noveno. Los empleados que se nombren con fundamento en estos concursos, quedarán sometidos en cuanto a sus derechos y deberes, a las normas y reglamentación que en desarrollo de la Ley 19 de 1953 se adopten para el Servicio Civil y la Carrera Administrativa.
