Artículo décimoctavo. El registro de la propiedad intelectual e industrial podrá obtenerse por intermedio de los Gobernadores, ante quienes se presentarán las respectivas solicitudes acompañadas de los documentos de rigor legal. Revisadas las documentaciones, si éstas estuvieran completas, serán remitidas por el Gobernador al Ministerio del ramo para los efectos consiguientes. Toda providencia ministerial, en los casos tramitados de conformidad con este artículo, deberá hacerse conocer del interesado por conducto del Gobernador, a menos que dicho interesado se notifique directamente.
