º El Gobierno, por medio de Decreto, y previo concepto del Consejo Nacional de Política Económica y Planeación y de la Junta Directiva de la Superintendencia Nacional de Importaciones , podrá establecer una lista de mercancías de prohibida importación. Iguales requisitos serán necesarios para las modificaciones que a dicha lista se introduzcan posteriormente.

Parágrafo

Mientras se expide la lista a que se refiere este artículo, seguirá en vigencia la adoptada por el artículo primero del Decreto extraordinario 0112 de 1957, y las disposiciones reformatorias del mismo.
