Prohibese a persona distinta del ofendido dar cuenta por alguno de los medios que contempla el artículo 334 del Código Penal, de los procesos por calumnia o injuria, en que no se admite la prueba de las imputaciones o palabras calumniosas o injuriosas. La contravención a lo dispuesto en este artículo hará incurrir al responsable en multa de $ 50.00 a $ 500.00.
