º . A partir del 1º de enero de cada año, el salario mínimo mensual de los servidores públicos de las entidades y organismos públicos a que se refiere el artículo 1º de la Ley 4ª de 1992, no podrá ser inferior al salario mínimo legal mensual vigente fijado de manera general para los trabajadores de los sectores urbano y rural del sector privado.
