En la Imprenta Nacional quedarán incorporados, a partir de la vigencia del presente Decreto, las Imprentas del Estado Mayor General del Ejército, de la Biblioteca Nacional, de la Universidad Nacional, de los Ferrocarriles Nacionales y de la Contraloría General de la República las cuales harán entrega por inventario a la Imprenta Nacional, de toda maquinaria, enseres y demás elementos que posean en la actualidad.
